Ella Grima, who established Casa Rosa Space for the Mind, is a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience. Working with children, adolescents, families, adults, older adults and people with learning disabilities around the United Kingdom, she has experience in providing individual therapy, family work and group therapies for people with both physical and mental health difficulties.
In addition to her clinical experience, Ella has particular interest in the impact of physical health problems on mental wellbeing, and elaborated upon this throughout her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. As a result, she carried out extensive academic research focusing on the impact of resilience and illness perceptions on the mental health outcomes of cancer survivors.

Ella has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Birmingham (UK), a Masters Degree in Neuroscience from the Institute of Psychiatry (King’s College London, UK) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter (UK). Ella has also co-authored various international scientific publications.
